New Years Eve Double for Carlos!!

Carlos Martin Racing provided some thrills on New Years Eve for a few clients and their friends and families, as we capped off 2013 with two wins and head bobbing second place finish.

In the 1st race, we started things off right; sent off at 5-1, 3 yr. old filly Maxana won handily, besting the favorite and second choice by a length and a quarter for Rase Stables.

In the 4th Race, 2 yr. old filly -Sun and Moon almost made good on her favored status for Blue Devil Racing, losing a heart-breaking head bob at the wire to the second choice.

In the 7th race of the day, 2 yr. old gelding Eye Luv Lulu, was sent off at 7-1 and earned a hard fought 1/2 length decision over the heavy 7-5 favorite; giving Carlos a training double and client Donald Newman a much deserved trip to the winner's circle.
