Dominic's Smile Won't Be Denied!

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon at the historic Belmont oval, Dominic's Smile gave owner Matt Schera and Carlos a big reason to smile. Going off as the 2-1 crowd favorite, the 3 yr. old gelding stalked frontrunner Chang's Secret before taking over in deep stretch and holding off late charging second choice - Saltine Warrior, making it 3 wins and a second place finish over the last 5 starts. Unfortunately Dominic's Smile was claimed but he gave us all thrill after thrill every time he stepped onto the track - he will be missed.
