On Friday, February 26th at the Big A, first time starter and New York-Bred 3yr old filly - Tapa Liath made her debut for Carlos and longtime client Marc Holliday of Blue Devil Racing Stable.
The daughter of Paddy O'Prado out of Ride on Josephine, didn't inspire much confidence among the betting public who sent her off at 6-1. Tapa Liath, however, let her racing spirit shine as she took control of the contest with an impressive surge entering the top of the stretch, repelling the lone challenger. She coasted under the wire with a comfortable 2 1/4 length lead. Congratulations again to March Holliday and his family.
