Carlos started his Super Bowl celebrations early, kicking off his day with a 2nd race win, his first of a twofer for the day. Ducasa led gate to wire to score a well-earned victory for Carlos, rider Hector Diaz Jr. and owner Alex Kazdan. Under a patient ride from Jockey Diaz, Ducasa held a measured lead, while keeping a bit in the tank, just enough to hold off a late charge by Guayana. Congratulations to Alex Kazdan on a thrilling trip to the winner's circle.
