LADY RULLAH CRUISES TO VICTORY!

Under a calculating ride by Rosario Montanez, Lady Rullah eased under the line an easy winner; leaving the rest of the field 5 & 1/2 lengths behind in Thursday's 3rd race at Belmont Park.

Content to settle into third shortly after the break, Montanez settled Lady Rullah and gave the pair of pacesetters plenty of room to battle it out through hot fractions. Nearing the top of the lane, that substantial lead had all but vanished as Montanez had effortlessly guided the 3 year old daughter of Giant Surprise to within striking distance.

With their lead now evaporated, Lady Rullah got even with the front runners straightening out off the final turn and set down for the stretch run. She easily cruised to the head of the pack and immediately opened up daylight, accelerating through the lane and holding her extended lead past the finish line.
